Welcome to

Fit for Function Physiotherapy
Norwich

If  you  have an injury or problem with  a muscle, joint  or nerve that stops  you from doing your normal activities then    look no further!

We’re a friendly, local practice who will work hard to help you achieve full function after injury or operation. Our Chartered Physiotherapists are highly trained with a wide range of experience treating spinal, sports, rheumatology, orthopaedic surgery and chronic pain conditions.

You want to get back to your normal activities, we’ll do our best to get you there as quickly as possible.  You’ll get a clear explanation of what we see is wrong and how long it will take to improve.  We will give you exercise and advice for you to make positive steps towards achieving your goals.

We  don't  have  a  female physiotherapist at present  but recommend female colleagues at The Park Physiotherapy Practice,    Lenwade/ Weston Longville:  click  on  the  link for more details.

Fit for Function Physiotherapy has two convenient city-centre treatment sites:

Unit 2, St Mary's Works
within the BodyRush gym

We use the gym's equipment for assessment and treatment of sports injuries as appropriate. It is also used for treatment and to promote fitness.

We work closely with Personal Trainers from Lifestyles for Living, who can develop your fitness and stamina after physiotherapy treatment is completed.

We asked our clients in a survey, what do we do well and what are the strengths of our physiotherapy practice? Here are a selection of the answers:

Very friendly and professional. Extremely knowledgable about treatments and how to deal with problem areas. Very competent.

Very good physiotherapy, very well put, understood instructions given, pretty much everything was fine.

This is a quiet consulting room very suited to the treatment of neck and back problems in the early stages. It is a short walk from The Forum and local bus routes but does have four steps up to the front door.

Any condition can be assessed here but sports injuries are
                                  more appropriate for
                                  the gym.
